3. Legal basis and purpose of the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is

  • personal consent (documented, voluntary, individualized, informed and unambiguous)
  • an agreement to which the data subject is a party.

  • The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain a customer relationship, marketing, etc.

The data is not used for automated decision making or profiling.

The information stored in the register includes: person’s name, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, home address for e-commerce customers), website addresses, online IP address, IDs / profiles on social media services, information about subscribed services and their changes, billing information, other customer relationship and subscribed information related to the services.


When site users leave comments on the site, we collect the information on the comments form, as well as the user’s IP address and browser version information, to help identify spam.

When visitors leave a comment on this site, we collect the information displayed in the comment fields, the IP address, and information related to the browser version.


If you upload images to this site, you should avoid uploading images with stored location information (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and view location information from the images on the site.

How long we keep the information

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained for the time being. This is done so that we can automatically recognize and approve the following comments instead of keeping them in the moderation queue.

We store user profile information for registered users (if any). All users have the ability to view, edit and delete their own personal information at any time. Only the username cannot be changed. The webmaster can view and edit user profile information.

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer e.g. Messages sent via web forms, e-mail, telephone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer discloses their information.

If you leave a comment on the site, you can choose to save the name, email address and url in the cookie. This feature adds convenience because you don’t have to re-fill the form each time you add a comment. Cookie information will be deleted from your browser after one year.

If you publish an article or edit an existing one, we store a cookie in the browser that contains the ID of the article to be edited. The cookie expires in one day.

8. Registry security principles

The register shall be handled with due care and the information processed by the information systems shall be adequately protected. When registry information is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed. The controller shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it includes.

9.  Right of inspection and right to request correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information.

If you have a user account on this site or have left comments, you can request a summary file of your own personal information, including any personal information you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal information. The right to delete our own information does not apply to personal information that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.
